20 Second Videos: Papers Fast Forward Special Instructions

• If you have submitted a 20-second video, you must have at least one author on the stage to narrate your video while it is playing.
• Your Papers Fast Forward Presentation Order can be found linked above, and also linked here. Be sure to communicate your Presentation Order to all presenters who plan to be on stage.
• Reserved Seating: ONLY ONE reserved seat will be available per 20-second video so any additional authors who plan to be on stage will need to be seated in the non-reserved seats.
• Please ensure that you are seated in your reserved seat in South Hall K by 5:30 pm on Sunday, 19 July, in accordance with the paper’s assigned Presentation Order. Presenters will be seated on opposite sides of the front of the room organized by even and odd numbers, as the session will be conducted across two stages.
• Student Volunteers will be lining up presenters by row at their respective stages. When the presentations start, please watch for your row to be cued to line-up to go on stage. If other authors seated in non-reserved seats are joining you on stage, they should line up when they see you in line at the side of the stage.
• Presentations will alternate between the two stages (odd numbers and even numbers). You will take your position on the stage while the video before you is being presented from the opposite stage. You will wait there until the preceding video is done, and when your video starts to play you can begin your presentation. Please be prepared to speak only for the duration of your video (20 seconds). Your microphone will be cut off when your video ends. There will be a SIGGRAPH representative at the front of the line to let you know when to take your position on the stage.
• Upon conclusion of your presentation, you may return to the reserved seats for the remainder of the presentations.

10 Second Videos: Papers Fast Forward Special Instructions

• If you have submitted a 10 second video no authors will be presenting from the stage and your authors can be seated in any non-reserved seat within South Hall K. For your reference, your Papers Fast Forward Presentation Order can be found linked above, and also linked here, highlighted in red.
